  • Content Creation: Content deliverables provided according to the agreed schedule (typically weekly or bi-weekly).
  • Campaign Launch: Campaigns begin within 7-10 business days after strategy approval.
  • Reports & Analytics: Monthly reports delivered by the 5th of each following month.

Online Workshops

Workshop access and materials:

  • Registration Confirmation: Immediate email confirmation upon registration.
  • Access Details: Workshop link and login credentials sent 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Materials: Workshop materials (slides, handouts, recordings) provided via email within 48 hours after completion.
  • Recordings: Access to recorded sessions (if applicable) available for 30 days after the workshop.

Physical Materials (If Applicable)

Shipping Information

In rare cases where physical materials are included (certificates, printed materials, hardware devices):

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days for order processing.
  • Shipping Method: Standard shipping via registered post or courier service.
