At CYAD, we strive to provide exceptional cybersecurity and digital marketing services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services, workshops, and digital products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
Service Cancellation
Cybersecurity Services
For ongoing cybersecurity services (monthly/annual subscriptions):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@cyad.in or through your account dashboard.
- Services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
Digital Marketing Services
For digital marketing campaigns and services:
- Campaign cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the campaign start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Once a campaign has started, cancellations are subject to a prorated refund based on work completed.
- Completed deliverables are non-refundable.
Workshop Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 7 days before workshop: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.
- 3-7 days before workshop: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another person.
- No-show: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by CYAD
If we cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (instructor unavailability, technical issues, insufficient enrollment, etc.):
- You will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future workshop date.
- We will notify you at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop date.
Refund Process
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service cancellation within the allowed timeframe.
- Workshop cancellation by CYAD.
- Duplicate payment or billing error.
- Service not delivered as described (subject to investigation).
- Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed deliverables and work already performed.
- Digital products and downloadable materials that have been accessed.
- Services that have been fully delivered.
- Processing fees and transaction charges.
- Customized services that have been specifically tailored to your requirements.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@cyad.in with the subject line "Cancellation/Refund Request".
- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for cancellation/refund.
- Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive confirmation and the refund will be processed as per our policy.
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
CYAD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our service or have a dispute regarding a refund:
- Contact our customer support team first to resolve the issue.
- We are committed to finding a fair solution for all parties.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations.
